Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Quality Administrator to join a client in Rancho Cordova. This is a temp-to-hire role. This is a day shift position with a start time of 6:00 am or 7:00 am. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8 1/2 hour shifts. Overtime may be required on Saturdays as needed.

Job Duties:

• Monitor and evaluate product quality throughout the production cycle or service delivery process.
• Review quality control reports and data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports and records related to quality activities.
• Maintain and update quality assurance documentation, including reports, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards, keeping up to date with industry regulations.
• Ensure that all products and services meet organizational specifications and customer requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control systems, protocols, and processes.
• Recommend improvements to production or service processes to enhance quality, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with production, operations, and customer service teams to promote a quality-driven culture.
• Provide training to staff on quality assurance processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Serve as a point of contact for quality-related queries and issues.
• Monitor and assess the quality of products and services received from external suppliers and vendors.
• Work with suppliers to address quality concerns and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within the defense or aerospace industry.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Audit experience.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Must pass a 10 panel drug screen and background check.
