Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated HR Specialist 2904 to join a dynamic team in San Dimas, CA. This full-time position offers an opportunity to play a crucial role in managing various human resources functions within the company.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding/Offboarding: Managing the process of bringing new employees into the company and ensuring a smooth transition when employees leave.
• HRIS Maintenance and Reporting: Maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and generating reports as needed.
• Recruitment: Assisting with the hiring process, from posting job openings to interviewing candidates.
• Timekeeping assistance: Helping with the tracking and management of employee work hours.
• Knowledge of state-specific employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience
• HRIS maintenance
• HR multi-state compliance
• Excellent data entry skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No nights or weekends.
