Operating at the intersection ofhealthcare policy, operations, and technology, this positionis responsible fordeveloping holistic training strategies and performance support models that enhance workforce capability and drive mission outcomes. The Consultant will analyze organizational learningobjectives, workforce competencies, and performance gaps to designscalable learning ecosystemsthat address the needs of diverse healthcare roles across the federal government.
As a strategist, this roletranslates complex federal healthcare modernization initiatives intocomprehensive, actionable learning roadmaps. The Training Strategy Consultant designs frameworks that align training investments with measurable improvements in healthcare quality, operational efficiency, compliance, and program outcomes. In this capacity, the Consultant serves as atrusted advisorto leadership, providingexpertisein adult learning, instructional design, performance support, and learning measurement.
This role is remote with 25% travel to nationwide VA sites.
