TheServiceNow Integration Developersupports a large, complex program by contributing technical, operational, and analyticalexpertiseto ensure successful delivery across multiple teams and stakeholder groups. This role plays a key part in promoting cross-functional collaboration,identifyingand mitigating risks, resolving issues, and helpingmaintainmomentum across interconnected workstreams. Operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the Developer ensures that ServiceNow capabilities and integrations align with programobjectivesand support continuity of operations.

The position requiresstrong communicationskills, detail-oriented execution, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical partners. The Developer contributes todocumentation, reporting, integration analysis, andcoordination activitiesto keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.

This role is remote with 25% travel to nationwide VA sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Client organization and partner groups to support program operations.

• Assistinidentifyingrisks, tracking issues, and driving mitigation strategies tomaintainprogress.

• Contribute to documentation, technical analysis, reporting, and process alignment activities.

• Support the coordination ofServiceNow-related integration workacross technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Helpmaintainoperational continuity across related workstreams, ensuring that dependencies and integration points are understood.

• Provideanalytical supportto ensure integration activities meet functional and operational requirements.

• Useproductivity and collaboration toolsto support project tracking, communication, and documentation.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and3+ years of progressive electronic health records (EHR) supportexperience

• 5+ years ofprogressive software development focused on ServiceNow Business Analysis and ServiceNow Incident Management inanalytical,engineeringor analytical roles

• At least oneServiceNow Certification

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Clear written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams

• Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in federal, federal health IT, or Client-related programs

• Exposure toEHR systemsor system integration environments

• Background incybersecurity,data operations, orsoftware testing

• Experience withlarge-scale system deploymentsor modernization efforts
