MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:

• Designhigh-impact campaign advertisements, collateral, and a variety of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with GDITsbrand identity.
• Collaborate closely with the brand team to strategically shape and drive thevisual directionof our brand.
• Develop and pitchinnovative creative concepts, partnering with team members to execute forward-thinking marketing initiatives.
• Clearly and confidently articulate the reasoning behind your design decisions to stakeholders.
• Producehigh-quality deliverableswithin tight deadlines while adeptly managing multiple priorities.
• Maintainexceptional quality control standardsto ensure all finalized materials are error-free and meet expectations.
• Support variousemployee-facing projects and communications, elevating the internal branding experience.
• Stay informed oncutting-edge design trendsand leveragebest practicesto deliver fresh and relevant creative solutions.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bring your initiative and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Graphic Design Specialist must have:

• Education: Bachelors degreein a related field required
• Experience: 2+ years of relevant graphic design experience required
• Aportfolio linkshowcasing your creative expertise (please embed your portfolio link in your resume submission).
• Location: Hybrid to Falls Church, Virginia office with the expectation of working 3 days per week in the office

SKILLS

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft platforms.
• Strong creative and analytical skills to approach design challenges with innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication abilities to effectively interface with team members and stakeholders.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills for navigating complex design assignments.
• A keen attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of polished and precise work.
• Proven ability to excel under tight deadlines with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• If you have motion graphic experience or experience with Canva that is a plus but not required!
