Consultant, Price Tier Compliance
What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health As an Advisor, Finance Operations within Sales Operations, you will support our OptiFreight business through oversight and overall performance of price tier administration and rebate administration core financial processes. You will partner with our Legal, Sales, Finance and Cross-functional Teams, to review and carry out the strategy associated with the business, while ensuring compliance and process maintenance. Responsibilities This role will be responsible for the oversight, measurement, execution, and governance over the customer price tier eligibility and rebates processes. - Review all contracts for adherence to standard price tier and rebate terms
- Measure customer performance against contracted requirements for price tier and rebates eligibility
- Communicate with sales and cross functional stakeholders around upcoming price adjustments and rebate payouts
- Measure and report overall financial impact of price tier and rebate adjustments
- Manage overall governance, and exceptions, process around price tier adjustment and rebate payout
- Instruct price tier adjustments as contractually appropriate and ensure price tier adjustments are executed correctly
- Manage GPO affiliation compliance processes
- Identify GPO price tier expirations and instruct price tier adjustments as contractually appropriate
- Lead process automation and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications - Bachelors degree and equivalent work experience preferred. Advanced Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of related experience in roles such as Finance Ops, FP&A, Strategic Pricing, or Sales Operations preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Looker, Tableau to access data
- Must be a quick learner and possess excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- The ability to gather feedback, display a sense of urgency, make recommendations, follow-up, and follow through to deliver timely solutions.
- Proficient in synthesizing and presenting large amounts of complex data verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage conflicting priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage high volumes and effectively balance workload.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are required.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and have strong communication skills for all levels of interaction.
- Must have good presentation skills.
- The capacity to work in a team environment and manage projects accordingly.
- Aptitude to implement improvements.
